With cost down production process, impeccable quality and prompt delivery procedure, we, "Alpha Medicare and Devices Ltd.", started our business operation in the year 1984 as "Alpha Surgical". In the year 2000, we changed the company's name to Alpha Medicare and Devices Ltd. We are one of India's leading manufacturers of medical disposables and hospital supplies with a diversified product range and a reputed market presence. Today, we have grown into one of the most dynamically versatile manufacturers of disposable health care products in the region with over 50 different products. Modern Production Facilities and Processes
We manufacture our range of products using state of the art technology in ultra modern production facility, covering large manufacturing floor space with the facility of clean rooms of class 10,000 to class 100. A tool room with modern facilities and ultra modern machines supports the production processes. A high degree of automation and an effective process control help in complying with GMP requirements. The manufacturing capacity of the company is to produce 1,00,00,000 pieces of I.V. sets and 50,00,000 pieces of B.T. sets per annum.

Quality Assurance
Alpha's quality assurance system encompasses a comprehensive and exhaustive series of visual, physical, chemical, biological and micro biological tests and inspection at different stages in the production cycle. We begin with constant surveillance of raw materials; intensive in-process control of all manufactured components and sub-assemblies to the final inspection and testing of the finished products. The systems are well documented and the adherence to quality norms is meticulous. Alpha has successfully implemented a quality management system and has been accredited by ISO 9001-2000 Certification (under RVA accreditation scheme) by Det Norske Veritas (DNV). The company holds CE and GMP Certification issued by the office of the Food and Drugs Control Administration, Gujarat, India. International Presence
Since 1994, the company has ventured into the international market, capturing the disposable markets from all over the world. Alpha is exporting around 40% of its turnover to the countries like South Africa, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and some of the Middle East countries like Syria. Mission Statement
